with the biddens at st. john's episccapal in d.c. president obama actually began his second term in office yesterday. the presidential inaugurations always take place on january 20th. it fell on a sunday this year. a smaller ceremony marked the start yesterday with a larger one taking plates today. on sunday, president obama surrounded himself with just about a dozen family members and recited the 35-word oath of office in the blue room of the white house. chief justice john roberts administered the oath, and the president swore in on his wife's bible given to her mom on mother's day in 1958. afterwards, president obama gave his first public remarks of his second term and joked about a big talking pointed over the weekend. michelle obama's new bang. the president says he loves them calling it the most significant event of the weekend and says she looks good. she always looks good. today, we are expecting a much bigger crowd than what we saw yesterday, more than half a million people will be watching from the mall this morning with millions more on television
